why I write
With the knowledge that what does not kill you makes you stronger, I have to keep trying the best that I can to make this world the best of all possible worlds.
The self that is seeking the best of all possible worlds puts the most recognizable selfish tendencies, motives, and instincts on the back burner.
The Noble Eightfold Path consists of eight practices: right view, right resolve, right speech, right conduct, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right resolution.
